How will I be notified that one of my belongings has been found?
We'll send you an SMS and an email as soon as we're informed of one of your possessions being found.
Can a family member or friend be notified too?
Yes, they can. All the notifications in the world are useless if you've lost your phone or it's out of battery, signal, or data.
You can add up to two Emergency Contacts and we'll send them notifications at the same time as we notify you. If you're unreachable or can't get in touch, they can take over and handle everything for you.
What can I attach a SwagTag to?
'What can't you attach a SwagTag to?' is how we'd answer that.
The choice is really up to you; anything that you consider valuable (regardless of whether anyone else does) can likely be tagged with one of our stickers or key tags - from your keys to your teddy bear, and everything in-between.
Are your stickers waterproof?
We won't claim that our stickers are completely waterproof (sorry all you divers out there!) but they're certainly water resistant.
They have an extra-strong adhesive that makes them great for things that tend to get splashed, like a bicycle.
Just make sure the area is clean and dry before you apply the sticker and try to leave it 24 hours before you allow the area to get wet.
Can my possessions be sent to me rather than having to collect them?
This would need to be something you arrange directly with the finder. They may be happy to visit a post office for you, or alternatively you could arrange for a courier to collect it for you.
How much does SwagTags cost?
There are no fees or subscriptions needed to use the SwagTags service - it's free to use forever.
Our key tags and stickers can be purchased via the Shop. Prices start at £1.99 although big savings can be made by purchasing one of our bundles.
Can I generate SwagTag IDs without needing to buy through the Shop?
Not currently, but we do have plans to implement this so be sure to follow us on social media to be the first to know when we make it available.
How long will it take my purchase to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders placed before 6pm by the next working day. We deliver using Royal Mail 1st Class so during busier periods (eg Christmas) there may be small delays.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! We use PayPal to take all payments so your card details are securely processed by them without us needing to see anything.
